Digitide Solutions Limited has announced its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹800 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026, marking a 2.5% sequential growth and a 9.2% year-on-year increase. The company also reported a significant surge in its Tech & Digital segment, which grew by 27.2% year-on-year to ₹249 crore, now accounting for 31.1% of the total business mix. The Bengaluru-based company, known for its AI-first digital transformation services, has continued its momentum with a robust balance sheet and cash conversion. The net cash position improved to ₹182 crore, a 46% increase from the previous quarter. The EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹88 crore, maintaining a margin of 11.0%, despite absorbing the impact of the new wage code. For the full fiscal year 2026, Digitide reported a revenue of ₹3,080 crore, up 7.1% from the previous year. The Tech & Digital revenue for the year reached ₹910 crore, representing 29.6% of the overall business mix. However, the adjusted profit after tax (PAT) for the fourth quarter was ₹11 crore, a significant drop from the previous quarter, primarily due to exceptional items related to wage code impacts and demerger costs. Digitide's international business also showed strong growth, expanding by 16.4% year-on-year to ₹304 crore, making up 38.1% of the total revenue. The company secured 29 new logos in the quarter, including a landmark enterprise AI Centre of Excellence for a global P&C insurance major, highlighting its strategic focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities like Coimbatore. CEO Gurmeet Chahal expressed confidence in the company's strategic direction, emphasising the successful transition into an AI-first digital leader and the robust commercial booking momentum. CFO Suraj Prasad highlighted the company's strong financial position, with a focus on working capital optimisation and maintaining a solid balance sheet. Looking ahead, Digitide plans to scale its AI capabilities further and deepen its alliances with major cloud providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. The company aims to expand its international footprint and enhance its talent ecosystem to drive high-velocity revenue growth and long-term shareholder value. Anthropic announced Monday it has acquired Stainless, a startup founded by former Stripe engineer Alex Rattray whose software is widely used by rival AI labs, including OpenAI and Google. Anthropic didn't disclose terms of the deal. However, The Information reported last week that Anthropic was in talks to acquire Stainless, which is backed by Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, for more than $300 million. The acquisition will take a key infrastructure supplier out of the hands of Anthropic's competitors. The company told TechCrunch it will wind down all hosted Stainless products, including its SDK generator. An Anthropic spokesperson said Stainless customers will still own the SDKs they've generated to date, and have full rights to modify and extend them however they wish. The New York-based startup, founded in 2022, rose to prominence in the emerging AI industry for automating the creation and maintenance of software development kits, or SDKs -- the libraries developers use to interact with APIs. Rattray developed software that could take API specifications and turn them into production-ready SDKs across multiple programming languages, including Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, and Java. It became a popular tool because the platform automatically updates the SDKs as APIs change and eliminated the time-consuming process of manually maintaining them. The technology is particularly valuable to companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Replicate, Runway, and Cloudflare that are building AI agents that can connect to external software and complete tasks on behalf of users. Stainless's SDK tools are an easy way to build and maintain those connections -- but going forward, the tools will only be available to Anthropic, not its competitors. According to Anthropic, Stainless software has powered the generation of every official Anthropic SDK since the earliest days of its API. "I started Stainless because SDKs deserve as much care as the APIs they wrap," Rattray said in a press release posted Monday. "Anthropic was one of the first teams to bet on this with us. We have been watching what developers have built on Claude over the last few years, which made bringing our teams together an easy decision. The team gets to keep doing the work we love, on the platform where it matters most."
